Return Policy

All of our products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address can be re-sent; additional shipping fees may apply.

How long does it take to print my shirt?

A: Each shirt is made to order. Printing and fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

How do I wash my shirt?

For best results:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors.
Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry to preserve fabric and print.
Do not iron directly on the design.
Do not dry clean.

These steps keep the Airlume cotton soft and help the DTG print stay vibrant and crack-free wash after wash.
